The Costume Department is your complete costume resource maintaining one of the largest collections of period and contemporary costumes for film, television, theater and commercial productions. The Costume Department encompasses costume rentals, manufacturing, tailoring, design suites and prep cages. The on-lot 60,000 square foot climate-controlled facility houses aisles of costume categorized by era, decade and style.

Categories Include, but are not limited to: Contemporary, Dance/Showgirl/Las Vegas, Ethnic, Formal/Bridal, Inuit, Occupational, Period through Modern Day, Renaissance,Sci-Fi, and Western/Frontier. The rental collection also features shoes, cold storage maintained furs and accessories: jewelry, hats, belts, scarves, neckties and more.

Our skilled Costume Shop offers made-to-order men’s tailoring and ladies’ dressmaking, as well as expert alterations.

The Costume Design Center has prep cages and design suites available for rental both on and off the studio lot. The prep cages include: complete mini offices, hanging space starting at 200 feet, 24-hour building access. The design suites offer a private environment and direct phone lines. Our on-lot facility has standard fitting rooms and “Star” dressing rooms offering: lighted mirrored platforms, separate make-up and dressing areas, seating area for viewing.
