Main Lot Locations:

Ashley Blvd./Brownstone Street

Originally erected in the 1930′s, this block of upscale residential walk-ups captures the unique personalities of many famous cities. The timeless qualities of the brownstone apartments, daylight basement units and practical interior staircase with second floor landing, keep this facade street in high demand for feature and television production.

New York Street

Originally built in the 1930′s for the classic gangster pictures of James Cagney, Humphrey Bogart, George Raft and Edward G. Robinson, this downtown business district can be dressed to represent virtually any major city in the world. The street has practical interiors, a theater markee, subway entrance and the “L” train tracks built for the long-runner series ER.

Hennesy Street

This old tenement street was redesigned in 1982 by the art director Dale Hennesy for the film version of Annie. This district has always been characterized by its Lower-East-Side-themed alleyways with fire escapes, four-story facades and large storefront windows. It maintains its familiar horseshoe shape today, allowing for a maximum variety of camera angles. Additionally, Hennesy Street has many large interiors for filming.

Park Place

Our newest exterior set is just adjacent to Hennesy Street. The location offers four-story commercial/residential exteriors with brick and stone finishes, paved sidewalks and single lane street all circling a grassy park. Several of the first-story commercial facades have practical interiors.

Embassy Courtyard & New York Park

Embassy Courtyard and New York Park

This location has been used as everything from an upscale apartment for a television remake of Annie, to an outdoor café in the long running television series Hotel. Across the way you will find New York Park with large established trees and hedges. Adorned with the right props, this backdrop is that quiet little neighborhood park or perhaps a small town cemetery.

French Street

French Street is a block of “European” style three story storefronts. The second level exteriors consist of multiple shuttered French windows (some with wrought iron railings), and the third level has a mansard roofline with dormer windows. The most noted project shot on French Street was Casablanca starring Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman.

Midwest Street – Business & Residential

This is “Any Town USA” complete with a typical small town square, center gazebo, white church and steeple, brick courthouse and street level storefronts. A small tree-lined residential street meanders off the town square and is highlighted by six different homes. Practical interiors exist in five houses and several of the business facades.

Warner Village

A crescent shaped New England style residential street. This set has eleven two-story homes in a variety of styles, sidewalks, plush green lawns, driveways and garages. From certain angles you have the Hollywood Hills as you backdrop and from others lush established trees and a small neighborhood park. This location, a favorite for commercials and still photo shoots, is available for exterior shoots only.

This versatile location includes a large lagoon (which can be heated and filtered) with a shore-side cabin, roadhouse and barn. These areas are all connected by a dirt road and surrounded by verdant jungle of foliage. This set can be a tropical paradise, murky swamp or lush forest.

Ranch Locations:

Blondie Street

This set is a neighborhood of suburban homes on a curving street surrounding a large park. The location offers 12 residential homes in a variety of styles (some with practical interiors), a church with steeple, grassy central park and paved sidewalks.

Park Boulevard

Immediately adjacent to Blondie Street is Park Blvd. – a block of upscale Bostonian Row houses looking out on a lush green park and fountain.
Pool

Located in the central park at the Warner Bros. Ranch, this 51’6″x37″ pool has three underwater camera portals and tie downs making this a versatile location for underwater and surface filming.

Walton Farm House

This famous house was used for the original long-running television series, The Waltons. The house offers a practical interior and a wide front porch.
