Property Department
The Property Department maintains one of the most extensive rental collections of period to modern furnishings, accessories and hand props in its 247,000 square foot main lot facility and at “The Loft” located at our Ranch facility. In addition, the department encompasses hand props, drapery, upholstery, floor coverings and the Cabinet & Furniture Shop (custom manufacturing, repair and refinishing). Each department is a separate entity addressing your individual needs, but also work together providing a one-stop-shop for our clients.

The Drapery Department offers design, manufacturing and installation of custom window treatments. We work with the materials you bring in, custom order materials from all the top manufacturers or you can shop from our diverse inventory of fabrics and trims. Our on-staff experts can assist with measurement and fabric specifying tips. The department also maintains an extensive selection of draperies, window treatments and table linens available for rent to your production.
